Hello! I'm Hor Tongan.

My name is Hor Tongan, I'm 19 years old from Tboung Khmum Province, currently living in Phnom Penh. I've loved technology ever since I was a child and I love adventuring, learning new things, and problem solving. I believe building or hands-on practicing is the best way to learn anything efficiently. I have a small but close family consisting of my father, mother, and sister that's been supportive of everything I do.

I'm in my second year majoring in Information Technology at the University of Cambodia. I'm also currently pursuing a course at ISTAD for extra experience. My technical skills include C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS and Javascript. Outside of school, I taught English at a private school for a year, completed a library internship at the University of Cambodia, and did six months of freelance work covering social media, research, and blog writing.

I'm open to any field with no hard limitations. The current goal right now is to land a good role and grow as a developer. Outside of tech, I'm into anime, manga, cooking, cats, and long walks.
